Sometimes a home is just not right for a dog sometimes the other way round if it turns out to be you or a dog in your household that's at fault after investigation no form of refund will be offered subject to our terms and conditions if you want the adopted dog gone straight away it will cost you you £150 if you are happy to wait and give us time to find a place for the dog it will cost you  £40 admin 

However if it turns out the the issue is with the adopted dog you will be given the option of another dog at the same price or your adoption fee back as standard practice
